In 1993 James Hardies Industries Limited, Australia (a public listed company which is over a century old) set up its Branch Office in Thailand to promote its range of renowned non-asbestos fibre cement building products and other diversified products of the Group.
In late 1996 due to a change of management policy, James Hardies Industries decided to pull out of Thailand and closed down a number of offices in the region. The current management team which was the same group that set up James Hardies Thailand’s operation therefore took over the operation and managed under the new corporate entity of Quik & Sav Systems Company Limited.

Since then, Quik & Sav Systems has diversified into healthcare, upholstery fabrics (Response Fabrics and Ovation Fabrics), other building materials and undertaken renovation and construction works.
