| Energy Saving and Electrometric Coating |
Q-COTE Total Protection is a pure acrylic water based single pack
with highly efficient energy saving elastomeric coating designed to both insulating and water proofing. It is based on a high quality elastomeric polymer blended with special ceramic microspheres that acts as a thermally efficient blanket. It is non-toxic and environmentally friendly.
| Finish - Q-COTE Total Protection is a low sheen coating. |
| Colour - Recommend white for best efficiency. Other light colours are available. |

Application |
| For use over rendered cement, fibre board, concrete and masonry surfaces where a highly durable elastomeric and energy saving are required. Can be applied by spray, brush, or roller. Suitable for most exterior building surfaces, but specially designed for use over masonry surfaces which are prone to surface cracking with time. Q-COTE Total Protection has excellent elongation property coupled with high tensile strength which allows the coating to expand and stretch when cracks occur in the substrate, maintaining an intact film. |

| Surface Preparation |
| Ensure that the surface is dry and clean. All loose, peeling and flaking paint must be removed. |

Application Method : |
Q-COTE Total Protection is normally applied by trained and approved applicators. Care must be taken to ensure the required dry film thickness is achieved, as performance depends heavily upon the correct film thickness. |

Thinning : |
No thinning required. |

Coverage : |
Approximtely 10 sq.m/U.S.gallon but this depends upon surface texture, irregularities, porosity of the substrate and application losses. |

Drying Time : |
Recoat after 2 hours. |

Clean-Up : |
Clean all equipment with water immediately after use. |
